Service Description

We provide mobile Ink Fingerprinting for a level 2 background, which may include the following: Adoption & foster care Attorneys and legal workers Child Care Construction and Contractors Education Healthcare Workers Human services Management services Public record checks Security Social services State employment The fee for mobile fingerprinting service in Kingman starts at $40. We are available to travel (within reason) to meet with the applicant to assist in completing the fingerprint card(s). We can meet at their residence or a local business. FD-258 fingerprint cards are available if the applicant does not already have them during the service. The base fee includes up to two FD-258 fingerprint cards and the service area starts within a one mile radius from Stockton Hill Rd & Gordon. Then for every 5-mile increment outside radius, an additional $10 fee per person will apply. A $20 fee will apply for each additional card needed. If the fingerprint cards will be submitted in Arizona, an AZ DPS Reference number is required. This is provided once the applicant completes the application online with the Arizona Department of Public Safety through this link: https://psp.azdps.gov/account/login. This reference number is not required if the cards will be submitted in another state. Service Guaranteed. If your card is rejected due to an error on our part, we will redo it once, free of charge.
